2. Learned Government Pleader, however, states that the additional affidavit is under preparation and shall be filed within a week.
3. Let the said additional affidavit be filed within a week after serving a copy thereof upon the learned Counsel representing the Petitioners, who may file rejoinder affidavit, if any, by the next date of listing.
4. We make it clear that this will be the last opportunity for the State authorities to file additional affidavit, failing which costs may be imposed.
5. Stand over to 28th February 2024.
