The appellants take exception to the judgment and order dated 26.04.2018, passed by learned Addl. Sessions Judge-2, Nanded, 2 Cri. Appeal No.380 of 2018 in Sessions Case No.54 of 2012, whereby, they have been convicted for the offence punishable under Section 307 read with Section 149 of Indian Penal Code and sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for life and to pay a fine of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) each, in default, to suffer rigorous imprisonment for five months. They have further been convicted for the offence punishable under Section 148 read with Section 149 of Indian Penal Code and sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for two years and to pay a fine of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) each, in default, to suffer rigorous imprisonment for two months.
