2. There has been a change in the management of the Society. There was earlier an administrator. Then, after he was removed or resigned, an ad hoc committee took charge of the affairs of the Society. Now there is a new administrator appointed. We had previously directed distribution of the amounts deposited in this Court to individual members in the commercial shops but that was to be done by a transfer from this Court to the Society's account and then either the administrator or the adhoc committee would make a distribution to individual members.
3. A list of the commercial tenants/occupants and the amounts that are due to them is already annexed as part of the previous order. We believe that this process of payment into the Society's account and then instructing the Society's Bank's Branch Manager to act upon instructions of the administrator or the ad hoc committee, will needlessly delay matters. The commercial occupants are surely entitled to receive the agreed amounts at the earliest possible.
