[ii] The Judgment and Order dated 16.03.2019 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ahmedpur, Dist. Latur, in Sessions Case No. 07 of 2016, thereby convicting and sentencing both the Appellant Nos. 1 and 2 for the offence punishable under Section 302 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code and convicting and sentencing Appellant No. 2 for the offence punishable under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code, is quashed and set aside.

[iii] The Appellant Nos. 1 and 2 are acquitted of the offence punishable under Section 302 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Appellant No. 2 is acquitted of the offence punishable under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code.
