2. The petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission at the request and by consent of the parties.

The present petition is filed being aggrieved by the inaction on the part of respondent Nos.1 and 2 i.e. Additional Commissioner, Tribal Development, Amravati and Project Officer, Integrated Tribal Development Project, Akola in not taking decision over the proposal for wp 311-2023.odt 3/7 grant of approval to the petitioner on the post of Head Master of respondent No.3 School.
4. The petitioner was appointed as Assistant Teacher w.e.f. 01/07/2000. The post Head Master in respondent No.3 - School fell vacant in the year 2018 due to termination of one Shri R.G. Shegaokar. After termination of Shri Shegaokar, one Abdul Shahid s/o Abdul Bashir was senior most teacher in respondent No.3
