2. On the basis of a compilation, Mr Vashi for the Petitioners, of whom Mourya is one, points out that every one of these statements is demonstrably incorrect. Abdulla Yunus Khan was given possession on 23rd May 2006. There is a possession receipt to that effect. Abdulla Khan signed it. Then, the 10 year lock-in period having expired, on 28th August 2016, Rehma and the second wife of Abdulla, Atumisa, signed an agreement for sale with Mourya in respect of this very flat. That document is registered. The sale consideration is stated and was received at least partly in cheque. Those cheque details are available. There was also an irrevocable Power of Attorney , also stamped and registered.
