(b) The applicants-Samir Khalil Sayyed and Jamir Khalil Sayyed in connection in connection with C.R. No.172 of 2018 registered with Manmad City Police Station shall be released on bail on their furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.50,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount.
(c) The applicant No.1-Samir Khalil Sayyed shall attend the Investigating Officer of Manmad City Police Station once in a month every first Thursday of the month between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. and the applicant No.2-Jamir Khalil Sayyed shall attend the Investigating Officer of Manmad City Police Station once in a month every first Friday of the month between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. 4/5 PMB 904.ba.518-24.doc
