2) In the event the applications are to be heard on merits, the Special Public Prosecutor shall place on record Reports submitted by the Additional DGP, State CID dated 25 September 2023 in Enquiry No.13/2022, 2 December 2022 in Enquiry No. 11/2022 and 4 January 2023 in Enquiry No.12/2022 on the next date of hearing.
3) List the applications on 18 March 2024. Interim relief granted earlier shall continue to operate till the next date of hearing.
