2. Mr. Jan, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant/Petitioner submitted that since it is not possible to travel today (4th March, 2024), permission be granted to travel to Dubai, UAE from 5th March, 2024 to 9th March, 2024.

3. Having heard the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant/Petitioner as well as the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of Union Bank of India and Punjab National Bank, we are of the view that the Applicant/Petitioner can be permitted to travel abroad on the dates mentioned above since he has already been granted permission in the past and he has returned back to India without breaching any of the terms and conditions imposed upon him. In these circumstances, the Applicant/Petitioner is permitted to travel to Dubai, UAE from 5th March, 2024 to 9th March, 2024 subject to the following terms and conditions:
