Mr.Chinoy along with Mr.Andhyarujina, learned Senior Counsel, appearing for the Plaintiff in the Suit would submit that there are orders of this Court dated 7th September 2022, 29th September 2022 and 20th October 2022, compilation whereof has been tendered across the bar, whereby it has been consistently observed that the Plaintiff and the Defendant shall have an access to the children till further orders. In order dated 7th September 2022, the Court had clarified this in paragraph 6(viii). It has also been recorded in order dated 29 th September 2022 that the said clarification necessarily implies that the Plaintiff and the Defendant would have unrestricted access to their children till further orders and that there is no mention as to where the Plaintiff and the Defendant shall have access to their children. The said observation/clarification has once again been referred to in the order dated 20th October 2022 pursuant to which interim access was permitted in the following terms while the parties and children were not travelling :
