[ii] Upon such deposit of fees, the respondent No.6 School shall declare the results of post mid-term exams and final exams of the wards of the applicant, within a period of one week thereafter. [iii] It is made clear that the aforesaid directions are given by way of interim arrangement and shall be subject to the final outcome of the pending writ petitions filed by respective parties in the subject matter.
[iv] Issue notice to Advocate Mr. Vilas Devidasrao Kadam - Notary Government of India - Registration No. 15094 and Advocate on record - Shri Pritam A. Madukar to explain the aforesaid {6} CA 3409.24 in wp 671.24 (R).odt circumstances within a period of two weeks. [v] Place the matter for further consideration on 23.4.2024 in urgent category.
