2. The petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission at the request and by consent of the parties.
3. The petitioner was appointed on the post of Assistant Teacher in the respondent No.3 school on 19/06/1999. The petitioner was granted approval to the appointment for two academic years and thereafter on 31/10/2002 granted onward approval. It is contention of the petitioner that after termination of Mr. R.G. Shegokar who was the Head Master, Mr. Sanjay Nimkarde was granted temporary appointment on the post of Head wp 2615-2023.odt 3/7 Master by the respondent No.2 on 02/11/2020. The erstwhile President of the Trust passed away on 27/10/2020. The petitioner claiming himself as senior most teacher issued a letter dated 21/05/2022 to respondent No.4 -Trust requesting for his appointment to the post of Head Master on the basis of seniority list. The respondent No.4 issued a letter dated 14/06/2022 to the petitioner along with an appointment order for the post of Head Master in respondent No.3 School as he was the senior most teacher.
